Acceptable Use
The short list of things that would harm other clients, and what happens if they occur.
Last updated 23 July 2026
This exists so that one client cannot damage the others, or us. Everything hosted here shares infrastructure and — critically — a sending reputation.
1. Prohibited content#
Do not use our services to publish, store or transmit:
- material that is unlawful in Slovenia, Germany or the EU
- material infringing copyright, trademark or other IP rights
- child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities immediately, without notice, and the account terminated
- content inciting violence, terrorism or hatred against a protected group
- defamatory or unlawfully harassing material
- malware, exploits, or tools whose primary purpose is unauthorised access
- phishing pages, or content impersonating a person or organisation to deceive
- fraudulent schemes, including fake shops and pyramid schemes
2. Email#
The most important section here. Mail is sent from shared infrastructure. One client's abuse gets the sending IP blocklisted, and then nobody's mail is delivered — including clients who did nothing wrong.
Do not:
2.1 Send unsolicited bulk email. Every recipient must have opted in, and you must be able to evidence it.
2.2 Send with forged or misleading headers or sender addresses.
2.3 Send marketing without a working unsubscribe mechanism, honoured promptly.
2.4 Use purchased, scraped or rented address lists.
2.5 Send to addresses that have hard-bounced or unsubscribed.
2.6 Send bulk campaigns through our mail service. It is for transactional and business correspondence. For newsletters, use a dedicated provider — we will help configure one.
2.7 Exceed reasonable volumes. Rate limits apply per mailbox and per site; sustained high volume requires prior discussion.
Consequences: we may immediately suspend sending for an account causing a deliverability problem, without notice, to protect every other client. We will tell you as soon as we have.
3. Technical use#
Do not:
3.1 Attempt to access another client's data, containers or accounts.
3.2 Probe, scan or test the security of our infrastructure without written permission.
3.3 Circumvent resource limits, quotas or billing.
3.4 Run processes unrelated to serving your website — cryptocurrency mining, distributed computing, file distribution, proxies, VPN endpoints, tunnelling.
3.5 Use the service primarily as file storage or a backup target.
3.6 Run software with known unpatched critical vulnerabilities after being asked to update it.
3.7 Consume resources so as to degrade service for others. Where usage materially exceeds the package, we discuss an upgrade first — we do not issue surprise overage bills.
4. Fair use#
Package limits — pages, storage, mailboxes, included changes — are enforced where technically possible and expected to be respected where they are not.
Where usage exceeds a limit we will: contact you, discuss whether an add-on or upgrade fits, and give at least 30 days to resolve it. Enforcement is a conversation, not an automatic charge.
5. Security responsibilities#
You must:
- keep dashboard and mailbox credentials confidential
- use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where offered
- tell us immediately if you suspect compromise
- keep any software you control up to date
- ensure people you give access to understand these rules
You are responsible for activity under your credentials. Where an account is compromised through your own credential handling, resulting damage is not our liability (AGB §8.4(e)) — though we will always help you recover.
6. Reporting abuse#
Report to abuse@bleep-digital.com. We investigate promptly and act proportionately.
7. Enforcement#
7.1 Depending on severity we may: contact you and ask for a fix; suspend the specific function affected; suspend the account; or terminate immediately.
7.2 We prefer to contact you first. Immediate suspension without notice is reserved for unlawful content, active security compromise, or something harming other clients — most commonly mail abuse threatening the sending reputation everyone depends on.
7.3 We will always tell you what happened and what is needed to restore service.
7.4 No refund is due for a suspension caused by your breach of this policy.
8. Changes#
We may update this policy with 30 days' notice, or immediately where required by law or to address an emerging threat.
