What we can do

Most businesses need more than they realise — and less jargon than they're usually given.

Not sure which one your problem falls into? That's what a conversation is for — and it's the first thing on the list for exactly that reason.

01

Where to start

Most people come to us with an idea — and often a dozen half-ideas — but no clear picture of what it would actually take to make them real. That's normal. A big part of what we do is simply helping you make sense of it: what's worth doing, what isn't, what it involves, and where to start. Sometimes that conversation is the most useful thing we do for a client all year.

This can include

  • Honest advice
  • What you actually need
  • What you don't
  • A sensible order
  • Budget reality

talking through your ideas honestly, figuring out what your business actually needs (and what it doesn't), and mapping a sensible path before anyone spends money building anything.

02

Make sense of what you're already paying for

Plenty of businesses already pay an agency — and quietly have no idea what they're getting for it. The reports are full of jargon, the meetings raise more questions than they answer, and asking feels like admitting you don't understand your own money.

We can sit between you and whoever you're working with, and just tell you straight: what they're actually doing, whether it's worth what you're paying, and what all of it means in plain terms. You bring the reports, the emails, the invoices — we translate. No jargon, no side you have to take.

This can include

  • Reports, translated
  • Is the bill fair?
  • We sit in on calls
  • A straight second opinion
  • Told when it's fine

going through your agency's reports and explaining them plainly, sanity-checking whether the work matches the bill, sitting in on calls so you're not the only non-expert in the room, and telling you honestly when something's fine — because often it is, and you just deserve to know that.

03

Websites & shops

A website that works, that's yours, and that someone actually looks after. We build it, host it on our own servers, and keep it running — so it doesn't quietly fall apart six months after launch. That includes online shops, which are a bigger job than they look — checkout, payments, stock, the lot — and we handle the whole thing.

This can include

  • New builds
  • Rebuilds
  • Webshops
  • Hosting
  • Domains
  • Security & care
  • Your own back-end

a new website (or a rebuild), an online shop / webshop, hosting and domain, ongoing care and security, and a back-end tailored to you if you want to update things yourself.

04

Getting found

A website nobody visits isn't much use. This is the work of getting the right people to find you — and choosing you once they do. Run by us, or set up for you to run yourself.

This can include

  • SEO
  • Google Ads
  • Social ads
  • Email marketing
  • Optimised content
  • AI visibility

being found on Google (SEO), advertising on Google and social media, email marketing, written content that's actually optimized to be found, and — increasingly — being visible to AI tools like ChatGPT as people start searching that way too. (That last one is new territory for everyone; we'll be honest about what's possible and what isn't.)

05

Brand & creative

How your business looks and sounds is part of whether people trust it. We handle the visual and creative side — from the ground up or a tidy-up of what you have.

This can include

  • Logo
  • Visual identity
  • Guidelines
  • Video
  • Photography
  • Copy

logo and brand identity, visual guidelines, professional video, photography direction, and the words that go with it all.

06

The one people
don't ask for

Systems & automation

This is the part most people don't know is possible. If your business runs on repetitive manual work — the same tasks, over and over — we can often build a system that just does it, quietly, in the background.

For example: we built a heavy-machinery manufacturer an internal system to replace the memory-and-habit way they'd always ordered materials and moved work through the shop — faster, more consistent, far harder to get wrong.

This can include

  • Internal tools
  • Process automation
  • Integrations
  • Data that stays right
  • Shaped around your work

automatic systems, simple or complex, shaped around whatever your company actually does. The specifics are always a conversation — every business is different, and that's the point.

07

Tracking & numbers

You should be able to see what your money and effort are actually doing. We set things up so you can — in plain numbers, not a dashboard you'll never open.

This can include

  • Analytics
  • Conversion tracking
  • One place to look
  • Plain reporting

proper tracking and measurement, connecting your website, ads, and social so they report in one place, and simple reporting that tells you what's working and what isn't.

Still not sure what you need?

Most people aren't. Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll point you in the right direction — honestly, even if that's away from us.
