What the problem was, and what changed

The problem

Feeldent is a dental clinic in Koper whose whole idea is taking the fear out of the dentist's chair — 'z občutkom', with feeling. When they came to us they had the clinic and the care, but nothing online: no website, no brand, no way to be found. And, understandably, no real idea how any of that part worked.

The result

So we did all of it. A brand built from scratch, a site in Slovenian, English and Italian with every service written up properly, an SEO-first build that was ranking locally inside two months, a presentation film and a set of explainers on the clinic's own YouTube channel, and the email, measurement and tracking underneath all of it.

Nothing online, and no map for it

A good clinic that, digitally, didn't exist. No website, no brand identity, no presence on search — and a team whose expertise is teeth, not tag managers.

The most useful thing we did first wasn't building anything; it was sitting down and explaining, plainly, what a business actually needs to exist online, what each piece is for, and what it doesn't need. Only then did we start building.

A section of the Feeldent home page headed 'Naš moto je: Z občutkom', beside two photographs from the surgery and a blue tile reading 4000 pacientov.
The clinic's whole idea, finally written somewhere a patient can read it. Before this there was nowhere to put it.

A brand, then a home for it

We built the brand from scratch — logo, colours, the whole visual identity, tuned to the clinic's 'with feeling' idea.

Then a multilingual WordPress website — Slovenian, English and Italian, a border town where all three matter — with every service written up properly: clear, reassuring descriptions of what parodontology or endodontics actually mean for a nervous patient, not copied boilerplate. All the content, written and optimized, was ours.

The implantology service page in Italian, headed Implantologia, with an explanation of what a dental implant is and a sidebar listing the clinic's seven services in Italian.
The same service page in Italian. Koper is a border town — Slovenian, English and Italian are all local.

Found on local search in two months

A site nobody can find is just a nicer kind of invisible. So the build was SEO-first, and it worked: Feeldent started ranking for local dental searches within the first two months.

We handled the off-site side too — securing their first paid and organic backlinks — and cleaned up a messy Google Business Profile that had them showing in two different spots on the map, an old address and the new one, which quietly confuses patients and search engines alike. One clinic, one pin.

The parodontology page on a phone: the Feeldent logo, a call button, the heading Parodontologija and the opening of a plain-language explanation of what it is.

Video, YouTube, and the plumbing

We produced a professional presentation video for the clinic — arranged and directed through us — and set it in the site's hero. We also created a set of simple, explanatory videos on everyday dental topics, gave the clinic a YouTube channel, and uploaded them with optimized descriptions and links back to the site, so the videos do double duty as content and as a way to be found.

Behind the scenes, we set up their email, connected every measurement and tracking tool, and wired up the quiet infrastructure a business needs but never sees.

The clinic's YouTube channel, a grid of short animated videos titled in Slovenian — fitting a denture to implants, placing a crown, scaling — each watermarked with the Feeldent logo.
Seven explainers and the clinic's own presentation film, each titled and described so it can be found on its own.

Most of the job was explaining

The websites and the videos are the visible part. The part that mattered most was the part nobody bills for: helping a clinic that had never done any of this understand what they were choosing, why it mattered, and what they could safely ignore.

That's the whole point of us — you don't need to understand the machinery; you need someone who does and who'll tell you the truth about it.
